A request is the beginning of a discussion.
Availability, suitability, pricing and timing need to be agreed directly for the work you describe. Website inquiries do not create a booking or guarantee a particular service.
Email your questionsCargo, locations, dates and people. Put the essentials in one place so that the questions are easier to see.
Describe what needs to move or what warehouse support you are seeking. Add approximate quantities, dimensions, weight and packaging. If a detail is not yet known, mark it as an estimate.
Include pickup and delivery locations where relevant, along with the person coordinating the request. Mention access restrictions or appointment requirements you already know about.
Share the preferred timing and what it depends on. For example, goods may need to be ready before pickup or a receiving appointment may still be awaiting confirmation.
You do not need to have every answer before getting in touch. List the unknowns so they can be discussed, especially requirements that may affect the proposed scope or timing.

If you need both warehouse support and transportation, describe them together. Include the handoff point and any steps that must be completed before the next move.
